Reflective glass is produced by coating the float glass surface with a homogeneous film of metal or metal compound. The coating thickness difference can result in the various color and heat insulation performance of the reflective glass products.
Reflective glass can be divided into online and offline reflective glass according to the technique of the coat forming. Reflective glass produced by magnetron sputter vacuum deposition technique is called off line reflective glass while chemical vapor deposition is adopted for on line reflective glass production.
